Misheard lyrics are nothing new. Since song began, people have been singing the wrong words to the music. Usually, when I find out the real lyrics, this is a corrective experience for me and it opens up a light into the artist’s true meaning of the song.

On Youtube, Misheardlyricsguy has posted a very funny photo illustration of Pearl Jam’s song Yellow Ledbetter. The original song was written by singer Eddie Vedder along with Jeff Ament and Mike McCready as is supposed to be referring to one of Vedder’s old friends from Chicago.
